Key Responsibilities
Manage and evolve requirements repositories using IBM DOORS, ensuring consistency, traceability, and data integrity
Design, develop, and maintain DXL scripts to support automation of requirements-related activities and improve tool efficiency
Configure and enhance JIRA environments, including workflows, fields, and dashboards to support engineering processes
Investigate and implement digitalization and automation opportunities across JIRA, Mendix, and connected engineering platforms
Lead and support process improvement initiatives focused on requirements handling, configuration management, and development workflows
Provide operational support to engineering teams, project leaders, and management users on requirements tools and processes
Build reporting structures and visual dashboards to enable effective monitoring at engineering and management level
Contribute to requirements engineering and product configuration activities across the full development lifecycle
Interface with cross-functional teams including engineering, suppliers, and project management to ensure alignment and data flow
Support compliance with aerospace development and certification frameworks
Our Ideal Candidate Should Have
Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical background
Demonstrated experience in requirements engineering or requirements administration within complex industrial environments
Strong practical knowledge of IBM DOORS, including configuration and administration tasks
Advanced experience with DXL scripting for automation and tool customization
Solid background in JIRA administration, including workflow design and process structuring
Experience in defining, documenting, and improving engineering and system processes
Familiarity with aerospace standards and development assurance processes such as ARP4754B, DO-178C, and DO-254
Experience in requirements lifecycle management and configuration management practices
Exposure to complex system development environments, ideally within aerospace or avionics
Understanding of toolchain integration and process automation concepts
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
