As Head of Customer Service, you take on a central key role in our service business. This position is aimed at personalities who enjoy supporting and developing employees and consistently place customer satisfaction at the heart of their actions. Together with your team, you ensure that our customers can always rely on first-class services in the areas of service, repair, and modernisation of our doors and gates.
Your field of activity - your impact
Leadership, motivation, and development of a team of 15 employees at the Winterthur location
Ensuring high-quality and timely execution of service, repair, and modernisation work across the entire system portfolio
Responsibility for achieving team goals as well as budget and strategic targets in customer service
Conducting reporting and controlling including analysis of relevant key figures as well as deriving and implementing targeted measures
Active maintenance and development of customer relationships as well as close collaboration with internal interfaces
Participation in the further development and implementation of the modernisation strategy
What you bring with you
Completed technical basic training as well as further training in the commercial field or in customer service
Several years of experience in a technical environment as well as in team leadership
Driving licence category B and ideally residence in the Zurich/Winterthur region
Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and a confident, assertive manner
High service understanding, pragmatic hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial thinking
