Your teamGroup Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a driven and diverse team with over 700 people in 4 regions across the globe. Part of the Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting our firm in achieving its strategic goals. Your expertiseWe’re looking for a candidate who:has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start datehas initial experience in working in a project-based environmenthas analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitudeis interested in the financial services industry and energized by working in fast-paced environments with high expectations and tight deadlineshas strong written communication and presentation skillsis proficient in written and spoken English; other languages a plushas values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborativeis motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
