Intern Legal & Compliance (m/f/d)
Location: Winterthur
Duration: limited contract (6 months)
Responsibilities
Support configuration and global deployment of a new compliance system
Assist in mapping and documenting applicable legal obligations across WinGD’s locations
Coordinate with local teams in Winterthur, Shanghai, Busan, and Tokyo to drive adoption
Help prepare training material and conduct user onboarding sessions
Contribute to project tracking, process optimization and transparent compliance workflows
Support the rollout and implementation of a new compliance tool with a strong focus on Health & Safety
Assist with data structuring and migration into the compliance system
Support documentation of Health & Safety requirements, processes and controls
Assist in user guidance materials (instructions, FAQs, presentations)
Support coordination with internal stakeholders (Legal, EHS, HR, IT, Operations)
Support testing, validation and go‑live preparation of the tool
Requirements
Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety Management or comparable studies
Interest in compliance, health & safety or regulatory topics
Basic understanding of corporate processes
Structured and reliable working style
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience with IT Tools
English & German (very good written and spoken); Mandarin or Korean are a plus, but not required
