We are seeking AX Senior Consultants and Junior Consultants to participate in projects for our diverse clients.
Position: AX Finance Senior Consultant
The role requires expertise in professional services and/or manufacturing industries, with the ability to map common business problems and processes to reusable end-to-end business application solutions.
The Consultant will lead functional areas such as general ledger, fixed assets, project management, project accounting, resource management, reporting, and billing. Engagement in discussions with business decision-makers related to agility, business value, IT, security, and business processes is essential.
This role is a key resource for the delivery of complex and strategic projects for enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for customer service, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. They should have analytical skills and ERP implementation experience, including planning, testing, and deployment.
Required skills and experience include:
* Experience presenting complex topics to both functional and technical audiences
* Knowledge of full application lifecycle design tools and methodologies, including SureStep
* Consulting skills and large enterprise deployment experience
* Hands-on involvement in all phases of application delivery
Candidates should possess a University degree, 3-5 years of ERP consulting experience, and at least one full lifecycle ERP project. Financial process experience and customer management skills are mandatory.
Travel is a significant aspect of this position, potentially up to 100%, based on client needs. The location is flexible, with options in Milan, Italy, or Zug, Switzerland.
Languages:
* Proficiency in English is required
* German language skills are advantageous
