As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prior to Sales Campaign:
* Oversee sample orders and track shipments
* Communicate pricelists and provide support during collection presentations
During Sales Campaign:
* Monitor daily incoming collection orders
* Verify order notes, typologies, delivery terms, invoicing data, and destinations
* Establish new customer relationships by checking reliability with Credit DPT and Sales Team
* Update existing customer master databases
Post Sales Campaign:
1. Review orders for originals, priorities, delivery addresses, and commissions
2. Track missing original orders
3. Prepare CSV files and EDI
4. Filing original orders
5. Send order confirmations
6. Manage shipments for assigned portfolios (prebolle, proforma invoices)
7. Satisfy key customer and department store requirements through master instructions (special handling, labeling; particular documents layout, pick-up or delivery booking instructions)
8. Solve claims, returns, substitutions, and credit notes
9. Verify commercial conditions versus order exchanges, defected items procedures, mark down contributions
10. Reorders: verify payment terms, commercial conditions, release goods for shipments, and follow delivery flows
11. POP Materials (window displays, catalogues, special event kits, shopping bags, etc.)
* Shipments recap for agencies
* Credit and block status
* Market analysis with CS Managers
Other Key Activities:
* Interact with agents, distributors, and sales teams to exchange information about customers and market situations
* Directly interact with customers to verify delivery statuses, advance/postpone shipments, and solve issues
* Support final customer claims
* Develop new business models (Push Model, Concession, Consignment, International Channel)
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of a High School Diploma
* Fluent English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken); any additional European languages are a plus
* Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel; experience with AS400 is an asset
* A proactive work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude
