The Role
As
Regional Manager for Switzerland
, you'll take full ownership of regional operations, from client consultation and project execution to strategic growth and team development. Working closely with the European leadership team, you'll ensure operational excellence while positioning the business as a trusted partner for fleets, real estate groups, and public-sector clients.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who has already led teams in the energy transition space and is now looking for a broader, country-level leadership opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
* Lead and develop a high-performing regional team covering project delivery, operations, and commercial functions.
* Oversee performance, capability, and culture, ensuring consistent delivery across all projects.
* Report on key metrics, budgets, and growth performance directly to the European management team.
Consulting & Client Engagement
* Act as the senior point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on EV charging infrastructure, network planning, and funding.
* Build long-term partnerships with local authorities, real estate developers, and major fleet operators.
* Represent the company at industry events and regional forums, strengthening its profile in the Swiss e-mobility market.
Project Delivery
* Oversee full lifecycle project delivery—from feasibility and permitting through to construction and operation.
* Work with engineering and procurement teams to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and budgetary expectations.
* Liaise with DNOs, utilities, and local authorities to secure timely connections and approvals.
Commercial Growth
* Identify and secure new site opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company's charging network.
* Negotiate commercial terms and manage key accounts.
* Analyse market dynamics, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years' experience within EV charging, renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure project management.
* Proven success in
leading teams
and delivering projects of significant scale and complexity.
* Strong commercial mindset with demonstrable growth achievements.
* Deep understanding of EV technologies, grid connections, and delivery processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in German and English
(both spoken and written).
* Based in or willing to relocate to Switzerland, with flexibility to travel nationally.
