Tasks
* Provide assistance and troubleshooting via phone support.
* Schedule interventions for technicians in the after-sales service.
* Handle administrative tasks related to after-sales activities.
* Process requests for quotes and orders.
Profile
* Federal diploma of polymechanic or equivalent title (with several years of experience in an after-sales service).
* Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language; English is a plus.
* Knowledge of Fanuc numerical controls.
* Proficient with common computer tools (MS Office) and comfortable using an ERP (Pro Concept is an asset).
* Rigorous and independent personality with good organizational and communication skills.
* Team spirit and initiative.
