GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Courier Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Roche, Victoria Business Park area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from customers. Shift Pattern * Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 6:30 PM * Break: 30‑minutes unpaid break * Hourly Rate: £14.25 per hour * Shift Premium: Extra £2.71 per hour after 7.00 PM * Saturday Premium: Extra £1.18 per hour * Sunday Premium: Extra £2.20 per hour Job Responsibilities * Measured by customer satisfaction and completed deliveries, ensuring time‑definite deliveries and collections. * Act as a frontline representative, completing all tasks in a customer‑focused manner. * Demonstrate excellent planning and organisation skills to prioritise work and meet customers’ requirements. * Work on an assigned geographical route, and may be asked to change your route from time to time to meet business needs. * Scan and work quickly and efficiently to ensure warehouse deadlines are met, showing good decision‑making and ability to work under pressure. Job Qualifications * Full UK driving licence. * Experience in a multi‑stop delivery courier role. * Good knowledge of the Cornwall area. * Actively fit and forward‑thinking. * Security Training will be given when required. * At least 21 years old and no more than 9 penalty points on your driving licence within the last 3 years.
