Your role
As a Material Planner you will coordinate engine parts and reworking processes to ensure timely completion. You will also be responsible for ordering the required materials for various reworking steps and managing the charging of completed work steps.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate engine parts and assemblies based on priorities to ensure a smooth maintenance flow across all Centers of Excellence
* Monitor workloads across reworking and inspection cells and set timelines for parts throughout each stage of the workflow
* Maintain communication with internal shop customers (CoE) and third-party customers to support efficient operations and issue resolution
* Execute clarifications with customers and suppliers regarding technical, operational, and process-related matters
* Define and manage the charging of specific working steps to customers in accordance with operational requirements
* Drive continuous improvement of shop processes to optimize quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
* Ensure compliance with company safety and quality regulations while applying 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Your profile
* Completed 3-4 years of technical apprenticeship with 2-4 years of experience in engine services, particularly PW4000 and CFM56 engines
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and coordination skills in a technical or maintenance environment. Open-minded, proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
* Basic IT proficiency, including MS Office and SAP
* English proficiency at minimum B2 level
* Flexible and willing to work in a two-shift operation environment
