We collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in life sciences and fluid control to improve the performance of their devices, thereby contributing to accelerating scientific research, diagnosing diseases faster, improving medical treatments, and making machines more efficient, for a considerable benefit to society.Our team, united and equitable, works efficiently, but above all with integrity to preserve the foundations that have ensured the success of IMI for over 150 years of history.In the context of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (80%) to support managers and employees at the Palézieux, Vaud site on all HR topics and in close collaboration with the Head of HR and the HR team (August - February).Roles / Responsibilities- Accompany and advise managers on all HR topics and individual situations (absences, conflicts, discipline, performance)- Be the main point of contact for employees for HR questions and support them on policies and labor law- Ensure the follow-up of the employee life cycle (onboarding, development, departures)- Manage the tracking of working time and absences (illness, accident, leave, schedules)- Guarantee compliance with Swiss labor law and internal policies- Guarantee the integrity of HR data to support a fluid, reliable, and efficient payroll process- Support the HR Assistant in daily activities- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects (engagement, well-being, diversity & inclusion)Profile- Confirmed experience (min. 3 years) as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in Switzerland, preferably in an industrial environment- Experience in process improvement and change management, ideally in the context of HRIS projects- Excellent command of Swiss labor law- Strong ability to advise and influence managers- Ease in managing sensitive and complex situations- Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset- Excellent communication skills and sense of confidentiality- Fluent French and good level of English (oral and written)- Mastery of MS Office tools and an HRIS (SuccessFactors is a plus)- Holder of a valid work permit in Switzerland.
