To achieve this, the FSA focuses on counseling, promoting technologies, and organizing group activities that allow affected individuals to recharge and exchange in a friendly environment. The emphasis is placed on manual and craft work. The team provides age-appropriate and disability-focused ideas, teaches participants new techniques, or helps them realize their own projects. In our group in Yverdon-les-Bains, we are looking for an hourly Group Assistant every Friday afternoon, to start immediately or by agreement. You are a dedicated person who, thanks to your skills, is capable of supporting and leading a group of about ten blind and visually impaired individuals. Ideally, you have professional experience in teaching and in-depth knowledge in the field of crafting and textiles. Knowledge in small jobs is desired. Alongside your colleague, you support participants in all their activities, and very good knitting skills are required. You enjoy trying out and developing projects and know how to adapt them to the capabilities of participants.
