Minimum 12 years of experience in pharma / biotech / MedTech environments under GMP
Proven track record leading a manufacturing site (>150 employees) or a corporate Operations function
Strong command of EU GMP, FDA, and EU Annex 1 frameworks
Mobility within Switzerland, France, Belgium, or openness to broader European mobility
Fluency in English required; French and/or German highly valued
