In the Building Department, we ensure that this development takes place in a structured, legally compliant, and qualitatively convincing manner. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced personality with solid knowledge of the planning and building law of the canton of Zurich, who takes responsibility and confidently manages procedures.
Tasks
Clarify building law questions; understandable, solution-oriented, and on equal footing.
Independently review building applications and efficiently guide them through the process.
Coordinate building permit procedures and ensure smooth workflows.
Communicate with builders, planners, and internal departments.
Ensure that construction projects are not only approved but also sensibly implemented.
Qualifications
Education and professional experience in construction, planning, or architecture.
Solid knowledge of the planning and building law of the canton of Zurich (central).
You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and remain calm under pressure.
You communicate clearly, can assert yourself without being unnecessarily complicated.
You are digitally proficient and enjoy working efficiently.
