Role
Responsibilities:
* Lead a strategic transformation project, taking responsibility for planning, implementation, and communication across various organizational levels.
* Develop end-to-end processes, especially in master data and data flows, and support the modeling of cross-functional workflows.
* Enhance project management skills within the organization through coaching, knowledge transfer, and structured post-project reviews.
* Collaborate closely with departments, IT, and management to ensure objectives and results are achieved.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
* Several years of experience managing complex projects focused on process optimization and digitalization.
* Knowledge of process management, especially in end-to-end processes like Order to Cash, with ideally SAP expertise in SD, MM, and FI modules.
* Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
