They will define and promote good practices in terms of code development, review, integration, and deployment; in order to strengthen the scalability of maintained applications and reduce technical debt.
The role requires a strong interpersonal skillset, with a commitment to maintaining and fostering positive relationships across teams. The ideal candidate will also have a solid analytical and problem-solving ability, with a strong interest in the financial world and banking sector.

The team is responsible for reorganizing the Application & Business Support services into smaller, more specialized units, integrating the Forex business support. The new configuration will maintain a strong focus on promoting an automation-driven mindset and streamlining processes to increase efficiency.
The Automation Engineer will report directly to the Vice Director, granting them full autonomy to work on processes across all teams and stakeholders within the department.
