Are you an experienced product or investment marketing professional looking to bring your expertise to a leading Swiss bank? This Geneva-based opportunity is open to candidates already based in Switzerland as well as those currently working in other major financial centres who are keen to relocate.
On behalf of our banking and asset management client, we are seeking an experienced Product Marketer to drive the commercial success of its investment solutions across their full lifecycle. The role sits at the intersection of Asset Management and Wealth Management, partnering closely with product strategy, investment specialists, sales teams, and communications. You will play a key role in strengthening product positioning, accelerating growth, and ensuring alignment with the group’s overall investment vision.
Responsibilities
* Driving product growth strategies from launch to acceleration, with a focus on flagship investment solutions
* Refining product value propositions, target audiences, and market positioning
* Developing compelling product narratives and marketing storylines aligned with investment views
* Coordinating cross-functional marketing and communication initiatives across internal and external channels
* Supporting sales teams and advisors through high-quality collateral, tools, and training
* Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and priorities
* Tracking marketing effectiveness and providing actionable insights to optimise performance
* Ensuring alignment with the Group Investment Committee and broader investment strategy
Profile
* Around 6-10 years of experience in investment-related roles spanning product marketing or investment marketing within wealth management or asset management
* Strong investment foundation (degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent); master's degree or professional qualification (e.g. CFA) is an advantage
* Strategic marketing, combined with investment fluency - able to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, whether internal or external, with a strategic and operational approach
* Demonstrated ability to define and articulate differentiated investment value propositions across asset classes
* Experience translating investment strategies and product features into compelling client and advisor-facing narratives, materials, and tools
* Proven ability to work closely with investment teams, product strategists, and client-facing sales or advisory teams
* Strong analytical skills, including market and competitive analysis
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to internal stakeholders and client-facing teams
* Strong organisational and project management skills in a complex, fast-paced environment
* Solid understanding of investment products, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations
* Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to extract and leverage commercial insights
* Fluency in English required; French is a strong advantage
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA/Swiss or equivalent status).
