- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters
- Oversee payroll coordination, time tracking, and benefits administration
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
- Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies, legal advisors, training providers)
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
- Drive HR process improvements and contribute to organizational culture and engagement
