Your role is:
Lead and mentor a team of airborne electronics engineers, coordinating daily activities and fostering a high‑performance, collaborative environment.
Drive efficiency, evaluate and refine existing workflows, tools and processes to boost productivity.
Provide technical expertise and guidance during the request for proposal (RFP) phase.
Define, measure, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team efficiency and project success.
Foster cross‑functional collaboration, working closely with other departments and the customer to align priorities, timelines and deliverables.
Ensure, along with the project manager, that projects are on‑time and adequately resourced.
Your Profile - Essential Qualifications:
A passion for aviation and innovative technology.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
A proven leadership track record in hardware and/or software development.
Good problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
Your ideal background:
Proven experience in electronic HW and/or SW development within the aviation industry.
Hands‑on experience in successfully certifying a project according to DO‑178.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an engineering environment.
Strong understanding of aircraft system architectures.
Good knowledge of relevant aviation legislation (EASA/FAA).
