Property Manager / Building Management 100% The Building Service manages and enhances the property and real estate of the Municipality of Mont-sur-Lausanne. It implements the municipal policy in response to the current and future needs of the community. The service is responsible for the construction, management, and maintenance of all municipal and school buildings. Through its Building Service, the Municipality is opening a position for: Property Manager / Building Management 100% Purpose of the role: Ensure the management, maintenance, and operation of the Municipality's real estate, ensuring its proper functioning, sustainability, and adaptability to the needs of the community. Main tasks: Ensure the overall management of municipal buildings (maintenance, monitoring of interventions); Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance work (execution, incident management, vandalism); Manage budgets and ensure financial follow-up (maintenance accounts, year-end reviews); Administer leases, agreements, and allocation of premises, including management of spaces and rents; Supervise and manage the availability of community rooms as well as associated activities; Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of about 23 including staff recruitment; Manage access to buildings and organize on-call services; Ensure quality of services and compliance with standards, including working conditions on construction sites; Represent the Municipality to various stakeholders and ensure collaboration with internal partners; Write reports, notes, and proposals for decision-making bodies, and suggest projects as outlined in the specifications. Your profile: Federal diploma of property manager or equivalent title; Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position; Professional experience in team management; Knowledge of technical standards and regulations in property management; Sense of public service; Excellent command of common tools and those specific to property management; Excellent writing and spelling skills; Knowledge of the operation of a public service.
