About the Position

3. Define strategies: outline comprehensive plans, explain their significance, and ensure successful execution.
4. Collaborate effectively: work with cross-functional teams (Implementation, Sales Engineering, Account Managers) to deliver value incrementally.
5. Be a subject matter expert: create training materials and ensure product documentation is up-to-date.
6. Empower your team: lead with servant leadership to maintain focus, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.
7. Enhance the product function: continuously learn and share insights to help build a world-class product team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: at least 7 years in a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager. Prior experience with accounting integrations is highly desirable.
* Finance and accounting expertise: working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations; familiarity with SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related ERP/financial tools.
* UX focus: a track record of creating intuitive and impactful customer-facing products.
* SaaS-savvy: comfortable working on B2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders in areas like finance, tax, and compliance.
* Execution drive: ability to break down complex projects into deliverable steps with measurable outcomes.
* Cross-functional mindset: experience partnering with engineering, design, finance, and data teams.
