Event Department Intern
from 01.08.2026 to 31.07.2027
Your main role will be to participate in the logistical and administrative coordination of events organised at headquarters as well as at external events. You will independently manage certain files, notably related to the organisation of catering during events. Furthermore, you will be required to conduct site inspections to support the organisation of certain events and to participate directly in their implementation on site. You will also be involved in managing stands during events and support the team in managing promotional items (goodies), from their proposal to their administrative follow-up.
You have a particular ease in client contact and are an autonomous and organised person. Thanks to these skills, you will be able to carry out your activities efficiently and smoothly. You hold a driving licence and are open and available to occasionally work evenings or weekends during events.
