What You'll Do
* Build and maintain visual systems: templates, type, color, photography direction
* Create and edit short-form video: Reels, Stories, campaign cuts
* Write copy that sounds like Ecole, not like every other school
* Design and build newsletters and email flows in HubSpot
* Brief and manage UGC creators and alumni contributors
* Run A/B tests across channels, personas, and formats
* Identify cultural talk triggers and translate them into campaign concepts
* Track performance and translate data into better creative decisions
* Support PR and earned media initiatives
Who You Are
* A designer who can write, or a writer who can design. Bonus if you can shoot.
* You think in systems, not one-off posts
* You care how things perform, not just how they look
* Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a small, fast-moving team
* Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HubSpot or similar, CapCut or Premiere
* Background in Design, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
