If you thrive in a luxury environment, have a passion for sales, and love connecting people with exceptional destinations, we invite you to be part of our story ! /p pDrive international business development across key feeder markets (US, GCC, UK, Europe, Asia) /p pProactively position the hotel within luxury travel networks and consortia /p pContribute directly to revenue growth through strategic account development and market penetration /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReporting to the Area Director of Sales Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: /li liConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service /li liEnsure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers /li liDrive and achieve sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis /li liManage and develop a portfolio of international accounts including luxury travel advisors, tour operators, consortia partners, and strategic clients /li liEstablish parameters, quote and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts /li liCollaborate closely with Revenue Management to ensure rate integrity, market positioning, and optimal pricing strategies across international segments /li liMaintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas participating in tradeshows, conventions, sales blitz and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations /li liPlan and execute targeted sales trips in key markets to generate qualified leads and business opportunities /li liMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and geopolitical factors impacting international demands /li liNurture to maintain key accounts, contact, activity and business details within the appropriate software applications /li liClosely follows up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients. /li liPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required /li liConduct competitor surveys and recommend strategies based on market intelligence. /li liFollow departmental policies and procedures /li liResponsible for key account management on an assigned geographic area, ensuring revenue maximization, achievement of personal targets and increasing fair market share versus competitor set /li liDeveloping new accounts in the growing markets /li liLead and organized assigned site inspections /li liDetailed knowledge of all services provided by the hotel and all relevant fact and figures /li liBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needs /li /ul h3KPI /h3 ul liRevenue contribution from assigned international markets /li liNumber of new accounts activated /li liConversion rate of leads to confirmed business /li liMarket share growth in targeted regions /li liROI on sales trips and trade show participation /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong international sales experience within luxury hospitality or travel industry /li liProven track record in developing new markets and generating revenue /li liExperience with luxury consortia /li liWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basis /li liStrong commercial mindset with revenue driven approach /li liFluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset. /li liProficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. /li liExceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. /li liStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. /li liHighly responsible and reliable. /li liAct as an ambassador of the hotel internationally, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all markets /li /ul h3Our values /h3 pbRespect: /b We value the needs, ideas, and individuality of others.
