The role :
Following an internal promotion of the current Boutique Leader in Zermatt, we are currently seeking their replacement.
Our Zermatt store is located directly on the busy Hofmattstrasse and opened in 2022. With its 400m² and a team of 4, it is firmly rooted in the local community.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Define the best product offering adapted to the needs of our Swiss customers through the commercial policy.
2. Manage your profit and loss account and inventory.
3. Develop and manage your resources autonomously.
4. Recruit, lead, and develop your team by fostering the autonomy of each team member.
5. Ensure the satisfaction of your customers through your service policy.
6. Drive your business through commercial operations, local partnerships, and your network of sports enthusiasts.
Profil
Your profile:
7. You absolutely must have initial experience in retail, where you have developed your managerial skills and strengthened your commercial acumen.
8. You are fluent in English and French or German. The region is bilingual.
9. You are ambitious, dynamic, passionate about retail and customer satisfaction.
10. You have a strong sense of responsibility and organization.
11. Your strong sense of service and team spirit are key strengths.
12. You are a person of action and know how to make decisions.
13. You are passionate about serving your customers and welcoming them as your own guests.
14. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong appetite for challenges.
15. You are available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
