You negotiate and validate payment plans with clients. You actively participate in the evolution and processes related to the business within the framework of various company projects. You provide our affiliates/insured parties with information on social insurances in a general manner. What you bring to HOTELA: You have a type CFC qualification or an equivalent qualification, as well as experience in a collections service. You have a taste for figures and a strong interest in social insurances. Additionally, you are comfortable with office tools, knowledge of program X is an advantage. You are at ease in both telephone and written communication. You are a native German or French speaker and have a very good command of the other language (German language level B2-C1). You demonstrate autonomy while knowing how to work in a team. You have a sense of priorities and detail. Dynamic and flexible, you are comfortable in human contacts and can create a relationship of trust with your various contacts.
