We seek a seasoned cyber security professional to lead our technology consulting team in delivering high-value advice to clients. This exciting role offers executive-level exposure and the opportunity to manage complex engagements.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Execute comprehensive cyber security strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams at multinational organizations.
* Develop and implement cutting-edge IT security methodologies, driving innovation and growth.
* Contribute to go-to-market strategy, identifying sales opportunities and preparing proposals for international clients.
* Establish strong relationships with EY teams, promoting collaboration and cross-functional sales opportunities.
* Promote EY through speaking engagements and participation in security conferences and professional meetings.
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless go-to-market alignment.
* Assist clients in understanding their cyber threat landscape, assessing maturity and risk within business objectives.
* Implement or improve cyber security management strategies and processes at client organizations.
* Support leading cyber security projects within transformation programs.
* Develop cyber security frameworks based on industry best practices and standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Business Information Technology or a related technical field, with experience in cyber security topics.
* 7-10 years of proven experience in delivering cyber security engagements, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
* 3+ years of experience in a Big4 consulting environment.
* Proven track record in professional services sales and leadership.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
