Your responsibilities:
* Ensure the preparations in advance and the plating of dishes in accordance with established standards
* Prepare and cook dishes to order, including direct interaction with customers
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation
* Strictly apply hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
Your profile:
* Recognised culinary training, complemented by at least two years of professional experience
* Comfortable in high-activity environments, with good customer contact skills and good stress resistance
* Developed team spirit and good interpersonal skills
* Rigour, technical mastery, sense of responsibility and flexibility
