Tasks
Acts as the main interface for SWISS and Edelweiss NPGO, Compliance, ops teams, and external partners ensuring cargo compliance, safety and security. Provides expertise, training, and support to drive compliance, risk mitigation, and effective audits. Supervises operationally SWC's APAC network.
* Ensure the liaison between NPGO offices, Ground Ops, Compliance Monitoring, and external stakeholders
* Provide strategic leadership and oversight for implementing aviation regulatory and compliance requirements across APAC outstations
* Lead and facilitate protection related investigations ensuring effective resolution and compliance with internal and external stakeholders
* Assist auditees in addressing audit findings, proposing mitigation measures, managing escalations and overseeing corrective actions implementation
* Support and train auditors, develop audit materials, and interpret findings
* Assess safety and security incidents, conduct risk assessments, and define mitigation measures for LX and WK
* Ensure seamless communication across external and internal stakeholders
