Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Supply Chain Planner.

Duration- 12 Months
The Supply Chain Planner performs a proactive supply planning role and ensures customer requirements are understood, planned for, and delivered. The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring that demand and supply requirements are accurate and balanced, and the supply plan is maintained up to date in the Client SAP system.
Essential Functions & Duties :
* Develop and actively manage supply plans for relevant materials associated with the product portfolio within area of responsibility.
* Prepare and maintain stock overviews for the relevant products including supply and demand requirements and levels of expected inventory on hand.
* Plan and maintain the required inventory levels of starting materials, Drug Substance, and drug product.
* Work closely with Logistics to ensure transparency of order requirements and accurate shipping dates.
* Interrogate SAP demand data & engage with customers and Global Supply Chain to understand the drivers behind demand changes and align stakeholders on demand requirements.
* Review forecast changes monthly and prepare updated forecasts for communication to CMO.
* In collaboration with the Master Data site owner, maintain accurate planning master data for all products within the area of responsibility.
* Plan and manage the supply impact of regulatory changes.
* Coordinate with Client Global Supply Chain Product Planner and Network planner to ensure adherence to product strategy.
* Liaise with customers and coordinate supply planning with the Supply Chain VPT (Virtual Plant Team) to minimize supply delays and disruptions.
* Place and maintain purchase orders and requisitions in SAP.
* Contribute to metrics discussions and participate in review meetings as required.
* Communicate inventory risks related to products to ExM inventory controllers and finance teams promptly.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at other Client sites, Global Supply Chain, and CMOs.
* Participate in Client Global Supply Chain meetings to ensure alignment on product strategy implementation.
* Lead supply chain meetings with customers to align on requirements and consumption plans.
* Execute scenario planning and develop contingency plans as necessary.
* Compile and present volume information for the ExM S&OP process.
* Support budget and projection activities by compiling volume data and analyzing variances.
* Identify and resolve supply constraints proactively through engagement with CMOs and VPT team.
Qualifications & Experience :
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* 3-5 years of demonstrated Supply Chain knowledge.
* Experience in supply chain planning and project management.
* Experience working in a tolling environment and/or with external vendors.
* Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry and its competitive environment.
* Understanding of Performance Metrics and their influence on supply chain results.
* Knowledge of logistics, financial, and information flows.
* Excellent PC skills and experience with SAP.

Pay Range
* $30-$34 per hour.
* Pay will be based on factors including education, experience, location, job duties, and certifications.
