As a “ Shop Team Leader ”, you will be responsible for the overall daily operation in your Nestlé shop.
A Day in the Life of a Shop Team Leader
* Ensure daily engagement of the team to achieve sales and profit goals for the shop
* Optimize assortment, layoutings, and local promotion margin profitability
* Reach average basket, optimize 2POS placement, and meet turnover sales targets
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and flawless execution of sales activities
* Increase business opportunities in the local area, support local initiatives, and develop new business partners nearby
* Ensure team engagement (3 direct reports), role clarity, and fair treatment
* Coach adherence to Nestlé Shop Strategy, category management, and instore activities
* Ensure smooth shop operations, quality execution, and operational standards
What will make you successful
* 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Retail
* Previous experience in team management
* High customer and service orientation
* Good sales and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Results-focused and priority setting abilities
* Attention to detail and aesthetic sense
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience with CEGID or similar cashier system is a plus
* Fluent in French, German & English are a plus
