Your Responsibilities
* Independent management of payroll mandates, especially for startups and SMEs
* End-to-end payroll processing including social security, withholding taxes and payroll reporting
* Independent management of financial and payroll accounting
* Preparation of annual financial statements
* Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
* Advising national and international clients from various industries
* Building your own payroll/accounting team and leading it with passion
Your Profile
* Several years of professional experience in payroll and/or fiduciary services
* Completed Swiss Federal Certificate (Fachausweis) in Payroll, Fiduciary, or Finance & Accounting
* Precise, structured and independent working style with a strong customer orientation
* Italian as a mother tongue, with good knowledge of English (additional national languages are an advantage)
* Motivation to develop further towards a leadership or partnership role
