Tasks
* Serve as a contact point for students, faculty, and partners.
* Maintain and develop technical infrastructure and user support.
* Assist in organizing events and researching program development.
* Provision, maintenance, and further development of technical infrastructure, user support, procurement and material management, inventory.
* Active participation in the conception, organization, and implementation of internal and external events.
* Research tasks for the further development of the degree program.
* Collaboration on external communication channels of the degree program (website, social media, etc.).
* Support of the degree program management in planning and administration, including fee processes and accounting.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Film, Art, or Computer Science, combining creative skills and technical know-how.
* Administrative experience and programming skills desired; subject‑specific professional experience an advantage.
* Strong organizational skills, structured, independent, reliable, proactive and capable of driving projects forward.
* High motivation and flexibility, interested in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements.
* Enjoy working in a team, thinks networked and interdisciplinary.
* Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
