OverviewOur client is a globally active industrial with a strong international footprint including multiple production facilities and sales organizations. To support a transformation, the company is looking to strengthen its Group Finance function in Zurich. In this high-impact position, you will take a leading role in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the financial reporting and consolidation landscape. The role includes participation in group-wide initiatives such as the transition to US GAAP and the integration of newly acquired entities.ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the groupAnalyze and validate reporting packages submitted by subsidiariesSupport and guide local finance teams across the groupMaintain and enhance the consolidation tool and reporting frameworksDrive continuous improvement in group reporting processes and planning templatesContribute to key finance transformation projects, including US GAAP implementation and post-merger integrationCollaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and other corporate functionsServe as a point of contact for auditors, advisors, and other external stakeholdersJoin a dynamic organization at a pivotal point in its evolutionA rare opportunity to take on a senior role in an international environmentQualificationsUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, ideally combined with a professional accounting qualificationAt least 5 years of experience in a comparable role within a multinational settingStrong knowledge of consolidation systemsFluency in English, German is a plusExperience with US GAAP and / or IFRS is a significant advantageHands-on, proactive team player with a structured mindset and high resilience
