Ph3Job Description: /h3 pThe Global Manufacturing Process Lead - GPG DT - Transformer Cores Fabrication is responsible for defining, leading, and continuously improving the end-to-end engineering and manufacturing-related processes for transformers magnetic cores within the Global Product Group (GPG), covering distribution transformers, dry-type transformers, and traction transformers. /p pThis role has a strong focus on core manufacturing processes, including lamination handling, cutting, stacking, core assembly, clamping, insulation interfaces, losses control, dimensional accuracy, and industrialization readiness, ensuring alignment between design, manufacturing, suppliers, and digital platforms. /p pThe position supports the “Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere” strategy by standardizing processes, enabling digital tools, and ensuring that best practices in core manufacturing engineering are consistently deployed across factories worldwide. /p pThe role drives Lean, Digital Transformation, and Value Stream improvements, ensuring speed, quality, and robustness of magnetic core processes while reducing manual activities and variability.
