Overview Next Job Abroad is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a German Speaking Bank Customer Service Representative in the picturesque location of Malta. This position is tailored for candidates possessing a strong sales background coupled with exceptional customer service skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing top-tier banking solutions while effectively promoting our financial products. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services in both German and English
Utilize sales expertise to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Assist customers with account openings, product inquiries, and various banking transactions
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed established sales targets
Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within the relevant systems
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and product offerings
Requirements Fluency in German and a strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, ideally within a banking or sales context
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities with efficiency
Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable
