Do you want to play a key role in supporting managers and actively contribute to the performance of a rapidly evolving organisation? Are you committed and solution-oriented? To support our teams and accompany our transformation, we are looking for an HR Business Partner
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Advise and support managers on all HR topics: organisation, Swiss labour law, performance management, skills development and management of sensitive situations
- Manage key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, annual evaluations, talent management and succession planning
- Support organisational transformations (structural changes, workforce optimisation, digitalisation, continuous improvement)
- Support employee development and accompany career progression decisions (promotions, internal mobility, appointments)
- Advise managers in managing individual situations such as resignations, dismissals, conflicts or retirements
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Higher education in Human Resources, business administration (Bachelor or Master) complemented by a specialist certificate in personnel management or equivalent training
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (5 to 8 years), in a sizeable industrial company
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Experience in change management and advising managers
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, proactive attitude
- Native French speaker; proficiency in German will be considered an asset
