For a major banking client, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the CUR Evolution Program. The project focuses on assessing and simplifying cross-unit operating models by analysing and comparing cross-border business processes against existing Swiss onshore models. The goal is to drive efficiency, enhance standardisation, and identify cost-saving opportunities across the bank’s operational structures.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and document current-state business processes across multiple domains (e.g., onboarding, payments, client lifecycle management).
* Identify process deviations, inefficiencies, and potential cost-saving measures compared to Swiss onshore setups.
* Evaluate opportunities for standardisation and centralisation across cross-unit and cross-border operating models.
* Synthesize findings into structured reports with clear observations and actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with business, operations, and PMO stakeholders to align on improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in business process analysis within banking or financial services environments.
* Strong understanding of operating models and cross-border or multi-entity process landscapes.
* Experience analysing end-to-end processes with a focus on onboarding, payments, and client lifecycle domains.
* Excellent analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills with attention to both detail and strategic perspective.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
