Your Role
Reporting to the Commercial Development and Performance Director, this role is responsible for defining and managing commercial guidelines. It also oversees partner contract lifecycles, new commercial entities, and acts as the commercial point of contact for Audit and Compliance. Furthermore, the role leads the commercial coordination and preparation for Watches & Wonders.
Playing Your Part
Commercial Guidelines
* You define, document and distribute all commercial guidelines
* You manage and track trade margins for partners for Masterline and LC
* You create and manage consignment policies (eligibility, flows, …)
* You set and monitor buy-back budgets and the operational process to authorize and track
* You define deposit targets and operational rules for markets
* You manage attribution rules for business introducers (commissioning, calculation, assignment and contracts)
Contracts / Legal
* You manage the creation and process of new commercial entities
* You coordinate partner contract lifecycle: centralise, register, renew, amend all partner agreements
* You are the commercial spokesperson for Audit and Compliance topics
Watches & Wonders
* You be the commercial spoke for the fair, manage and lead 360° prep meetings, be the spokes for the markets
* You coordinate the commercial salons during the fair
* You prepare all relevant presentations for W&W pre brief, debrief, etc…
* You work hand in hand with all departments for the before and during the fair
What Will Make You Successful?
* You have 5 to 10 years of Commercial experience
* Experiences in Market & HQ would be a great plus
* You are solution-oriented and business-driven
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
* Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus
