IAM Specialist
Access Management Specialist (m, f, d) in an international bank in Zurich.
Responsibilities
* Management of projects for the integration and optimization of processes in the area of IAM.
* Further development of IAM with new functions.
* Design and management of role creation and role development, including optimization of tools and processes.
* Ensuring the functionality of access to buildings and access to applications and systems.
* Adapting IAM systems in the event of restructuring.
* Designing and integrating IAM in new divisions.
* Implementing new or adapted business and IT authorizations and ensuring their maintenance.
* Regular data reconciliations to ensure data quality in coordination with HR and master data managers.
* Responsible for reviewing user authorizations.
* Ensuring compliance with risk management and corporate governance.
* Support for audit or authority requests.
* Participating in regulatory projects.
Qualifications
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
* Experience with digital identity, IAM, identity governance and access management.
* Experience in the field of cybersecurity and data protection.
* Knowledge of access management.
* Knowledge of tools such as Sailpoint IIQ, Exchange or Azure.
* Analytical and conceptual thinking.

* German and English language skills.
