Location: Remote (Virtual Company)
Compensation: Commission-based initially (15% of closed deals);
Promotion to Sales Manager: includes a $4,000/month base + 3%-5% override on team deals (OTE $200,000+)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Start as an Acquisition Rep, mastering our proven sales processes and systems
Close wholesale real estate deals virtually (incoming leads, outbound prospecting, negotiations)
Demonstrate your sales ability, attention to detail, and leadership qualities over your first 30-60 days
After proven success, transition into a Sales Manager role where you will:
Lead and coach acquisition reps
Run sales meetings, call calibrations, and performance reviews
Oversee CRM management and lead flow
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
Proven success in sales — Real estate, inside sales, or high-ticket closing preferred
Leadership skills: You naturally inspire, coach, and hold others accountable
Detail-oriented: You stay organized and manage pipelines and KPIs effectively
High energy, self-driven, and passionate about growth and leadership
Comfortable working fully remote using CRM and communication tools
Compensation $200,000+ OTE
