What are we looking for?
You will be working in a team of 6 Product Owners and Business Analysts, reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development & Digital Tools for Direct Sales.
Together, we are driving the digitization of sales and training processes for our sales advisors and team leaders across 16 Vorwerk subsidiaries worldwide, supporting the transformation from a pure direct selling company into a modern, fully integrated omnichannel enterprise.
Each year, we execute multi-million euro projects in various subsidiaries following a long-term roadmap.
You will start in the area of the Sales Advisor Portal VORYou but will also have the opportunity later to expand your knowledge to our e-learning solutions and the commission & incentive calculation engine.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners and managers to define the global template solutions for respective domains.
Manage the creation of systematic and consistent business requirements specifications, using both technical and user-friendly language, and verify requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Describe and define complete business requirements (functional, non-functional, and organizational) for new demands.
Translate conceptual user requirements into functional specifications.
Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide developers and project teams.
Define use cases, write user stories, and develop acceptance criteria for new IT solutions.
Contribute to developing solution designs that meet business needs.
Work with divisional and global teams to develop training programs for end users.
Coordinate and actively manage the rollout of global and divisional initiatives in local business units.
Your Profile
At least 3 years of proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
Strong track record in developing requirements specifications, writing precise user stories, and business process modeling in IT projects.
Ability to balance individual country requirements with the need to develop global template applications, distinguishing between essential and optional features.
Proficiency in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, ADONIS.
Project management certifications like PRINCE2, PMI, or experience with Agile methodologies are advantageous.
Understanding of the direct sales business model is a plus.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; German language skills are a plus.
