To support our continued growth and innovation, we are looking for a Project Manager to join Aura Reality’s multidisciplinary team. Working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within Hexagon, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and operations, ensuring strong collaboration and clear alignment from concept through delivery. You will own product development projects end-to-end—shaping structure, plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation—while guiding the journey from development and industrialization through production and customer delivery, turning ambitious ideas into real-world impact.
Your tasks Lead cross-functional product development projects with a primary focus on hardware development, while closely collaborating with software and data teams to ensure seamless system integration
Define, monitor, and drive achievement of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all development phases
Plan and manage project resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure efficient execution and informed decision-making
Track project budgets and costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business priorities.
Lead the transition from development through industrialization and into production, ensuring readiness across technical and operational dimensions
Coordinate and manage certification and compliance activities, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and products are ready for market
What defines you Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record in leading development and innovation projects
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and proactively
