Job Description
Your tasks:
o Independent processing of all import and export declarations
o Supporting our customers and collaborating with our business partners and our own branches in an international environment
o Correspondence with customs offices
o Development and implementation of customer-specific processes (customer SOPs)
o Ensuring compliance with internal KPIs and those agreed with customers
Qualifications
Your profile:
o Completed training in the commercial or logistics sector
o Professional experience in customs services
o Further training in customs matters is an advantage
o Customs expertise coupled with an interest in modern IT applications
o Independent and structured working style
o Strategic and networked thinking with a high level of process understanding
o Very good English knowledge is essential (min. Level B2), German is an advantage
