Your Mission
* Operate, monitor, and maintain ICT services across complex, heterogeneous environments
* Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, initiating escalations and fallback procedures when needed
* Execute and validate recovery, restart, and restore processes to ensure system availability
* Monitor system performance and workload, and implement tuning and optimization measures
* Enforce information security standards and manage data backup processes
* Drive and support IT infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and expansions
* Support users and development teams, maintain system documentation, and deliver 2nd/3rd level support
What We Are Looking For
* Bring a completed qualification in IT system engineering or platform development, along with at least 2 years of experience in complex IT environments
* Apply strong expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and solid knowledge of networking, firewalls, and IDS management
* Adapt flexibly to changing assignments and operational demands
* Demonstrate quick comprehension, resilience, and the ability to work independently with strong communication and execution skills
* Act with a customer-focused, proactive mindset, collaborate effectively in teams, and communicate confidently in German and English
