Job Description
You will work on a high‑end industrial production site specialized in luxury textile manufacturing. The environment is production critical, where IT reliability and responsiveness are essential to support daily operations and business users.
Scope
You will be fully on site, integrated into the local IT team, supporting production teams as well as office‑based staff working on the site.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support to users, handling troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals, as well as IT solutions related to tools specific to the manufacturing environment. Remaining available to users and communicating on issue resolutions.
Manage a fleet of reliable and secure machines, keep the inventory up to date, handle configurations, lifecycle, as well as that of installed applications. Manage user profiles and access rights in accordance with current standards.
Responsible for configuring IT equipment based on operational needs and new projects, and train new employees on IT tools.
In collaboration with the IT Manager, define tools, methods, and standards.
Coordinate the support teams of external partners.
Qualifications
Degree in IT (CFC), IT Technician diploma (ES), or equivalent qualification.
Ideally, around 3 years of experience as an IT Technician & User Support Specialist in a large international company (e.g., fashion, automotive, or watchmaking industry).
Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments.
Experience with mobile device management using Workspace ONE.
Ability to work in an agile environment across multiple topics and applications.
Recognized for rigor, practical mindset, and diplomacy.
