Manpower We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate cyber security initiatives for the MV Drives business line, with a strong focus on compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, align global and local stakeholders, and ensure that products, processes, and documentation meet regulatory and internal cyber security standards. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate all activities related to Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance for MV Drive products - Act as the central point of coordination across the organization for cyber security initiatives - Align and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including: - R&D - Engineering - Product Management - Customer Support and Service - Coordinate and track compliance-related activities across multiple departments and sites - Implement, adapt, and maintain processes to ensure ongoing CRA compliance - Establish and oversee a vulnerability management and reporting process - Ensure all required technical, regulatory, and compliance documentation is created, maintained, and up to date - Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets in line with corporate project governance - Ensure transparency by regularly communicating progress, risks, and financial status to stakeholders - Align MV Drives cyber security initiatives with Motion High Power Division global programs and standards Qualifications & Background - Several years of experience in project management or leadership of technical teams - Solid understanding of cyber security processes, standards, and regulatory requirements - University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, or a related field - Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site, and multi-stakeholder projects - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills - Fluent written and spoken English, with strong communication abilities - Experience with industrial drive systems or automation products is an advantage If you are interested in this opportunity, we look forward to receiving your CV or if you have any questions, contact Filippo Bellavia on +41 58 307 22 40 Branche: Anderes Funktion: Personalwesen
