Industrialization Manager
Objective:
* To oversee the industrialization process and ensure seamless product implementation.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather requirements for Product Quality Improvements and collaborate with the Quality Manager to assess the need for product modifications or quality cards.
2. Create Product modifications in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
3. Monitor prices of Technical Information and verify quotations.
4. Foster production planning and address production bottlenecks.
5. Support the introduction of new products into production, working closely with the Project Manager.
6. Ensure a smooth material workflow by supporting logistics.
7. Manage production/assembly procedures.
8. Implement QCards across the supply chain in conjunction with the Quality Manager.
9. Maintain quality assurance systems and equipment in partnership with OEMs, alongside the Quality Manager.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
* Background in mechanics, electronics, industrial automation, quality control, optics, and metrology.
* Experience in a similar role, preferably within machine-tool, robotics, or special machinery industries.
* Proficiency in English and French; Italian, German, or Chinese is an asset.
* Able to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
* Willingness to travel extensively (> 20%).
* Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Process-oriented, able to identify improvements and implement change successfully.
