We’re looking for a Product/Technical Sales Support to strengthen our team in Steinhausen, with technical know-how and a passion for customer solutions.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
* Serve as the main technical contact for customers and provide support to the sales team.
* Advise customers in selecting appropriate products and solutions, including sensors, relays, energy meters, and automation components.
* Manage inquiries and quotations, track project progress, and ensure smooth order processing.
* Handle quality complaints through root cause analysis, repairs, and proper documentation.
* Support Area Sales Engineers with key accounts and strategic customers.
* Maintain and manage product and customer information, monitor market trends, and contribute to new product launches.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and Product Development at both national and international levels.
Qualifications and Experience
* Completed education or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or automation (or equivalent).
* At least 3 years of experience in technical inside sales or sales support.
* Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office 365.
* You communicate fluently in German and English; French is an advantage.
* You are customer-oriented, hands-on, and enjoy working in an international environment.
