THE ROLE
We are seeking a Paralegal for a multinational bank in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be part of an international legal team, handling different legal and administrative tasks. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents. Fluency in both French and English is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and track legal matters
2. Draft, review, and finalize legal documents
3. Provide timelines and ongoing updates on filings, comments, responses to inquiries, and approvals for relevant stakeholders
4. Act as a point of contact for authorities on legal matters
5. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
YOUR PROFILE
6. Experience in a legal or paralegal role, ideally within a multinational bank or law firm
7. Excellent drafting, communication, and attention to detail skills
8. Fluency in French and English (written and verbal); proficiency in German or Italian is a plus
9. Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
